ON JULY 25, 2019, FIDELITY NATIONAL & ESCROW AND HOMES AND LAND MAGAZINE HONORED MAUI’S TOP 3% REALTORS® 2019 AT THE HUMBLE MARKET KITCHIN.
Attendees gathered together during the Top 3% REALTORS® Event for an evening of a delicious buffet from the kitchen of Roy Yamaguchi, listened to the local music of Tom Conway, and were inspired by special guest, Kainoa Horcajo, Hawaiʻi’s emerging leader in the field of cultural tourism.
On Maui, there are over 1,750+ licensed real estate agents who sell the dream of owning on Maui.
For 2019, the Top 3% of REALTORS® totaled 55 agents, with Dave Futch, Realtor for Hawai’i Life, placing #25.
“It was a real honor to be included in this group of top producers. Achieving #25 out of 1,750+ Maui Realtors is an amazing feat, especially considering my area of expertise is the North Shore/Upcountry area which has an average lower price point than the resort areas of Wailea and Kapalua.” Dave Futch said.
“Also, my stats were achieved solo, only by myself, without supporting figures from fellow team members. As well as experiencing valuable family time and play time (surfing), I managed to close 33 transactions with a sales volume of $25,125,425.
