About Shawnna Teal

Aloha!

 

My name is Shawnna Teal. Although I hail from Maui, I’ve moved to the mainland and with great fortune, live close to my family.  I have over 20 years of extensive background in real estate. Originally, I worked for over 13 years in California as an escrow officer. Then I moved to Maui and shifted my focus to Real Estate as an office manager and administrative assistant. I have always enjoyed all forms of the business.  The next evolution was back in 2014, when I started my own business as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and have never been happier!  I developed this into a virtual operation that enables me to be anywhere have clients that are literally all over the world! 

 

Going through the process of tracking transactions and closing escrows is very gratifying to me. I support Dave in my role as his Transaction Coordinator.

 

I pride myself in creating strong business relationships and ensuring that all of the transaction timelines are met, documents are signed, ultimately completing the file and making for a smooth closing.
